11.04 are award winning architects and interior designers with 25 years experience designing new build residential buildings, from one-off homes to high-rise residential apartment towers in Europe. Chris Roche’s first built work was a House for Janet Street-Porter, when working as a Project Architect for leading architects CZWG (Piers Gough).
11.04 projects have been published widely, and featured on television; including being used as locations for the TV Dramas “Spooks” and “Hustle”. Projects have also been featured as inspiration for home make-overs on the television show “Room for Improvement”.
Proud House is notable as all apartments sold within 2 hours of going on the market and was shortlisted for an RIBA Design Award.
