11.04 were invited by Penta, Bratislava’s largest property developer to participate in a limited competition for a mixed use development of apartments, shops and a maternity center on a brown-field site close to the center of Bratislava. At the heart of the scheme was a high-rise tower containing 250 apartments. 11.04 were the preferred submission, however the scheme was put on hold as European markets felt the ill-wind of the international banking crisis.
